DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). All packages to continental U.S. addresses are shipped via UPS or USPS, with transit times varying by location. Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
Important: We only ship to billing and shipping addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to United States export control laws and regulations, we do NOT ship internationally.
WARRANTY
All our products come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, TactaLoad will repair or replace it at no charge.
This warranty does not cover damage, malfunctions, or issues resulting from improper use or conditions unrelated to material or manufacturing defects.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
If your order is incorrect or damaged, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may return the item for a refund of the product price, including shipping and handling costs.
