Traditional suppressor covers can trap heat, leading to increased thermal stress over time. Thermal Armor™ is engineered to allow airflow and natural heat dissipation, reducing long-term wear while maintaining effective protection.
Designed to mitigate suppressor burns, Thermal Armor™ also features a patented Anti-Miraging Strip™ that reduces heat haze, improving sight picture and shooting clarity during extended use.
Constructed from a proprietary ceramic and polymer blend, Thermal Armor™ offers significantly lower thermal conductivity compared to traditional suppressor covers, minimizing heat transfer to the exterior surface.
The structural design helps reduce and obscure the suppressor’s infrared (IR) signature, adding an additional layer of performance in demanding environments.
With a maximum operating temperature of 800°F, Thermal Armor™ is suitable for the vast majority of shooting scenarios. It is designed for practical use while maintaining durability and performance.
Thermal Armor™ is initially available for the Whiskey Quebec 5.56™ and Whiskey Quebec 5.56 Purged™ suppressors, with additional compatibility options planned for future releases.
