Current suppressor wraps and covers exacerbate thermal weathering / aging by trapping heat and not allowing suppressors to heat and cool in more natural cycles. Suppressors aren’t cheap, Thermal Armor™ helps increase their usable lifespans. Plus, there’s never been a cooler-looking suppressor cover!
Thermal Armor was developed to mitigate can burns while allowing suppressors to breathe and shed built-up heat. Our patented Anti-Miraging Strip™ also ensures that heat haze is a thing of the past, and our patented structural design obfuscates and decreases the suppressor’s IR signature.
A proprietary ceramic and polymer construction with 10X lower thermal conductivity compared to competitor offerings means that heat transfer is minimized.
Thermal Armor has a maximum operating temperature of 800°F, which means it has you covered in 99% of scenarios. If you’re mag-dumping 10 consecutive mags, you will damage the product. So, just use your brain, and you’ll be fine.
Initially, Thermal Armor will be available for the Battle Born Supply Co. Whiskey Quebec 5.56™ and Whiskey Quebec 5.56 Purged™ suppressors. Next, we’ll begin building products for other suppressors, and we’ll even offer a custom order option.
